Why should you listen to me?

As a serial Yo Yo dieter I spent 20 years in the wilderness of slimming clubs and fad diets which did nothing other than make me morbidly obese and ill.

I hit my rock bottom when I was 57. I had been researching Intermittent fasting for around 3 years and had friends in America who did very well with it, however they included diets - Keto - WW - Calorie Counting. I knew that I had to leave diets behind. I started IF my own way, I had some false starts but within around 3 months I started to feel better, my energy levels were fabulous, and weight started slowly dropping off.

A year later I had lost 55 lbs, all my aches and pains had left me, my health was better than it had been for many years and I looked at least 10 years younger.

I started helping friends and family with IF and then realised I wanted everyone to feel like we were feeling. Life Begins was born. I now coach women through my wonderful programs, either 1/1 or they can join my membership. They tell me they wish they had found me years ago.

I have been a life coach for many years and bring this into my programs. I take coaching from a world renowned IF doctor, have qualified as a Clinical Holistic Nutritionist, use Reiki in my coaching. I constantly update my skills to make sure I am the very best I can be to enable you to be the very best version of you.

After recovering from Covid last year, I was left with food allergies that I never had before so I tried a food diary and elimination for many months. I cut out dairy, all processed foods (not that I ate many) and ate mostly organic.

It worked to a point and I had been watching Susan’s weight loss and health journey with interest. So I joined her fabulous 1 to 1 programme on the 1st April and have been on my fasting journey since then.

I joined Susan's IF program a few weeks ago, needing to do something to shed my lockdown 'creepon' weight.
Growing as one month extended to two, three and more months brought an extra pound in weight! Eventually the scales tipped over the 13:1stone. A weight I had never seen before in my life.

After just a week of fasting, I noticed that despite depriving myself of food, on the contrary I was not craving it.
As the weeks went by I increased my fasting window.

Happy days...I have totally lost my need to eat and the hunger craving has TOTALLY disappeared!
Weight loss is still very minimum. I have lost a few pounds but I know this is a long race....I am certain the inner body changes are resulting in good things happening.
